These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and dreajili ("dreajili," "we," "us," or "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the dreajili Casino website located at dreajili.club, including all related gaming services, the sportsbook, customer support functions, promotional programs, and any other features made available through the dreajili platform.

Each person is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the dreajili platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or through aliases, proxy identities, or shared devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to PAGCOR where required.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your dreajili account. The availability of any specific game, market, or feature is subject to change at dreajili's sole discretion without prior notice.

dreajili does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, third-party provider outages, and regulatory compliance requirements may result in temporary service unavailability. dreajili will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

All game outcomes on dreajili are determined by certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology for digital games, or by physical randomness in the case of live dealer games and live sabong events. dreajili does not manipulate, influence, or interfere with game outcomes beyond the published house edge or return-to-player ("RTP") percentages of individual games.

dreajili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) via approved payment channels including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay-enabled banks. dreajili does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Currency conversion, where applicable, is the sole responsibility of the Player.

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200 per transaction.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval.

dreajili does not charge processing fees on standard deposits and withdrawals. However, your payment provider (GCash, Maya, or bank) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside dreajili's control. Players are encouraged to verify applicable fees with their payment provider before initiating a transaction.

dreajili offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to registered players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published with each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Applicable wagering requirements are clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
• dreajili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by the registered account holder and may not be transferred between accounts.
• dreajili reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom if evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage, or promotion manipulation is detected.
• Players who have enrolled in dreajili's self-exclusion program are not eligible to receive promotional bonuses for the duration of their exclusion period.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the dreajili platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes in live casino, poker, or any multiplayer game environment offered on dreajili.
• Registering more than one account on dreajili, or allowing another person to operate an account registered in your name.
• Providing false, misleading, or forged identity documentation during KYC verification.
• Accessing the dreajili platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law without lawful authorization.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the dreajili platform, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or misconfigured odds to place wagers that dreajili would not have accepted under normal operating conditions.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing dreajili staff, agents, or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the dreajili platform — including but not limited to the dreajili brand name, logos, game graphics, interface designs, promotional materials, written content, software code, database architecture, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of dreajili or its licensed third-party content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the dreajili platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or exploit any dreajili content in any manner not expressly authorized by these Terms.

Unauthorized use of dreajili's intellectual property, including reproduction of brand assets, scraping of platform content, or creation of competing services using dreajili's proprietary data, is prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine intellectual property law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, dreajili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the dreajili platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer damage, regardless of whether dreajili was advised of the possibility of such damages.

dreajili's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your dreajili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• dreajili is not liable for losses arising from Internet connectivity failures on the Player's side during active game sessions.
• dreajili is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account access resulting from the Player's failure to maintain credential security.
• dreajili is not responsible for the actions of third-party payment processors, including delays or errors caused by GCash, Maya, or banking providers.
• dreajili does not guarantee the availability of any specific game, feature, or betting market at any given time.

dreajili is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all registered players. The platform provides a suite of tools designed to help players manage their gambling behavior:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, a cooling-off period applies before limits can be increased.
• Session Reminders: Players may configure in-session time alerts to notify them of elapsed play time.

dreajili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other dreajili policy.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe or upon request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Receipt of a request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.
• Identification of a player as a minor (under 21 years of age).
• Identification of the account as a duplicate of another registered account.

Upon account closure, any balance remaining in a verified, compliant player account will be returned via the Player's registered payment method, subject to completion of pending KYC verification and anti-money laundering checks. dreajili reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation of any suspected breach of these Terms.

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the dreajili platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If direct negotiation fails to produce a resolution within thirty (30) calendar days, the dispute shall be submitted to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

You acknowledge that any claims arising out of your use of dreajili must be brought individually and not as part of any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.

dreajili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file, via in-platform notification, or by posting the updated Terms on the dreajili website with a revised effective date.

Your continued access to or use of the dreajili platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and may request closure of your account.
